Fantastic service. Richard answered his phone on the first call, arranged a site visit the same day to quote the work, offered a competitive quote, did the first lot of work quickly and professionally (in inclement weather) and when a secondary visit was arranged to complete the work, he turned up the day BEFORE the agreed time to finish the job!
